Ma’am, In the 1st method, Can we add lemon juice & garnish with Coriander leaves OR along with pepper powder, salt, Can we add Chaat Masala powder to give a tangy flavour to this snack? I think during this peak Winter season, In Amritsar, the Vendors in the Streets used to sell this healthy Sweet potato snack.
You can always alter according to your innovations.Only taste is important.I have given basics.Endless variations can be made.
