Now a days red chillies are very spicy than before.To reduce your karam add more coriander seeds and some thuar dhal roasted and powdered with little Fenugreek seeds.

1/2 kg chillies will do for 1 kg Dhaniya. Add fenugreek seeds 20 gms.which gives tasty sambar.
